Typically piston assembly consists of various components like spring, spring seat, seal, wavy washer etc. All these things are assembled manually on a conveyor line. Therefore after the assembly it was required to inspect whether all the parts are assembled properly or not.

Host PC with customized Imaging Software application
Our system takes the input from a proximity switch to start the inspection cycle. Depending on the inspection result it display the red or green button on computer screen. It even raised an alarm in case of fault is found.
